Transderm® is a needle free system for trans-dermal drug delivery. Transderm® allows for dermal penetration of larger molecules, such as Botox® or Hyaluronic Acid in non-invasive ways. Transderm® delivers active substances without trauma, skin injury and irritations.

Transderm® is an alternative to injections for all Mesotherapy applications, mainly skin rejuvenation on face, neck, chest and hands. These areas would require hundreds of injections with conventional mesotherapy.

The FDA cleared the system as: "Can be used as alternative to injections".

How does Transderm® work?

Transderm® uses particular electrical low current pulses from 1 to 5 mA (as the medical devices rules require) synchronized with a vibration massage to increase the skin’s permeability.

This method delivers even large molecular size drugs (such as Hyaluronic Acid with a molecular weight of 1,700.000dalton) into the skin in about 10 to 20 minutes, depending on the area and the individual patient's skin.

What does a session of Transderm® consist of?

Step1 – Ultrapeel® Microdermabrasion

Controlled exfoliation of the stratum corneum through a pre-sterilized jet of corundum crystals. The sterile abrasion causes virtually no irritation and no change in skin balance or skin pH.

Step 2 – Transdermal Delivery

The active substances are applied on the skin where gentle massage with the Transderm® meso-system facilitates easy penetration and absorption of the active substances  based on Hyaluronic Acid into the dermis. The whole procedure takes about 45min and is very enjoyable.

Results with Transderm®

Transderm is ideal for event preparation, it can be done even hours before your red-carpet event, weddings, gatherings. Whenever you need to look your very best in less than 45minutes.

After a session of Transderm® your skin is radiating, smooth, glowing and your face is actually lifted, due to the muscle stimulating effect of the electro massage. Fine lines minimize, skin pore size reduces and skin tone improves. Those results are not permanent and will fade over a couple of weeks but there is hardly any treatment that delivers such fantastic immediate effects without the risk of side effects.

The Treatment

In order to make the immediate effects of Transderm® more lasting we recommend a course of 4 treatments over a period of 4 to 8 weeks. There are no restrictions on how often you can receive Transderm®. In fact, you can repeat it as often as you and your practitioner feel is necessary.

Typically a maintenance treatment would be advised after around 4- 6 months.
